The Wish Dog Story

        The very first Wish Dog was a birthday present I made for my mom. We own a New Orleans art gallery on Royal Street together, and we put it on the desk and made wishes all day long. New Orleans is a place of boisterous, friendly people who love to talk, and everyone who saw our Wish Dog declared they simply had to have one—for themselves, friends, family, coworkers, bosses, etc. They must have also told other about it over Old Fashioneds and Mint Juleps, because the day after making the first Wish Dog for mom, we started getting people who came in the shop saying they'd heard about this thing called a "Wish Dog" and they needed to get their hands on one. Mom and I have been making Wish Dogs and sharing the love and wishful thinking ever since. 
       
        Wish Dogs are fun, quirky, and reusable (unlimited wishes!). Since that fateful day in February, they have amassed quite the collection of fans and friends. We now make Wish Cats, WIsh Giraffes, Wish Loch Ness Monsters, and others. See them all in the Wish Shop! We hope you join us in our journey to spread Wishful Thinking.
